Should you wear a bra to bed when pregnant?
Wear a sleep bra.
Often your boobs will become tender, swollen and heavy.
That’s why a lot of women will choose to sleep in their bra in the later stages of pregnancy or postpartum.
If you decide that sleeping in a bra is a must (which we highly agree with!).
When does the pregnant belly show?
You’ll likely notice the first signs of a bump early in the second trimester, between weeks 12 and 16. You might start showing closer to 12 weeks if you are a person of lower weight with a smaller midsection, and closer to 16 weeks if you’re a person with more weight.
